Sunday Mornings

Sunday mornings at Liberty Corner are a time for us to gather together in worship and fellowship, and grow in our faith. We have two distinct, family-friendly worship services – traditional and contemporary – that include a biblically-based message, music, prayer, and scripture. Sunday morning learning opportunities for all ages spark conversation and community. We look forward to seeing you!

Traditional Worship
SUNDAY | 9:15 am, Sanctuary

This service includes traditional liturgy and hymns, scripture, prayer, and a message. Adult and youth choirs, handbell choirs, pianists, and instrumental ensembles provide special music throughout the year. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of each month.

Traditional Worship takes place in the historic Sanctuary with large, sunlit windows and white pews. Those who attend generally wear business casual attire, though you will see a variety from jeans to dresses to suits.

Contemporary Worship
SUNDAY | 10:30 am, Center Court
This service includes contemporary music, scripture, prayer, a message, weekly communion, and media. The Worship Team leads music with vocals, guitar, bass, and drums. Hear songs that we'll sing this Sunday.

Contemporary Worship is held at the back of the church campus in Center Court, a multipurpose room set with auditorium-style seating. In this more casual atmosphere, you will see attire ranging from jeans to business casual – a “come as you are” feel.

Children are always welcome in worship. Activity sheets and crayons are available near the entrances to worship. Childcare is available (infants through age 4) during both services.

Location & Parking

Liberty Corner Church is located at 45 Church Street in the historic Liberty Corner section of Bernards Township. The Sanctuary is located on Church Street and Center Court is located at the back of the campus. Parking is available onsite. Please enter the campus by the one-way driveway between the church and Liberty Corner School.  Drive to the back of the campus to access Center Court.

Sunday for adults

Coffee & Conversation

Enjoy a cup of coffee and conversation in Douglas Hall (10:15 - 11 am) or near Center Court before and after 10:30 am worship.

Liberty Corner Church offers classes and small groups to encourage and support your growing faith. Faith Cafe gathers on Sunday mornings for coffee, study, and conversation in a relaxed, open environment, with topics that complement the sermon series.

Faith Cafe meets September through May at 9:15 am and 10:30 am. New participants are welcome at any time; no need to sign up.

Visit the Spiritual Growth page, or contact Anne Havrilla, to learn more about Faith Cafe and other groups that meet throughout the week.

Sunday for children

Children actively explore God's message of love at Liberty Corner Kids with hands-on projects, memorable lessons, upbeat songs, and media. Liberty Corner Kids (infants through 5th grade) meets on Sunday at 10:45 am during the school year. Children are dismissed at 10:40 am from the Contemporary Worship service. A Liberty Corner Kids volunteer will escort children to their classrooms so that parents can remain in worship.

On the last Sunday of the month during the school year, students in grades 3-8 have the opportunity to participate in a "give love away" service project.

Childcare (infants through age 4) is available each Sunday morning during both worship services.

Visit the Liberty Corner Kids' page or contact Kelly Tancredi to learn more.
