Sunday, July 5 | 5 pm
Let’s safely gather outdoors and reconnect as a church family! Join us for a bring-your-own picnic on the church lawn on Sunday, July 5 at 5 pm. This event will look a little different than past events, so here’s what you need to know.
- Food, beverages, plates, napkins, and silverware for your family/group. This is not a potluck, so we will not be sharing food or providing food/drinks.
- A comfortable seat, lawn chair, or blanket. The church will not be providing any chairs or tables.
- A face mask
We ask that families/groups sit at a safe social distance on the lawn. Bathrooms will be open and available, and we encourage everyone to wear a mask while indoors. Kids are encouraged to sit with their families and to participate in the Duck Scavenger Hunt with parent supervision. Read more about the Duck Scavenger Hunt here. Childcare will not be available. While we will strive to stay safe, if you are concerned about COVID feel free to remain home.
We are encouraging everyone to sign up. Please register here.
In the case of inclement weather, the picnic will be moved to Sunday, July 12 at 5 pm with the same arrangements. No need to reregister. We will post any date change by 1 pm on Sunday, July 5 on the church’s website and Facebook page.
