An Evening of Jazz is music with a mission! Proceeds from the concert will support Malawi Visions, a ministry of Liberty Corner Church transforming the lives of orphan children in Malawi, Africa.

About Malawi Visions
transforming the lives of orphan children in Malawi, Africa
Malawi Visions is a Christ-centered, projects-oriented mission working in partnership with Ministry of Hope, a Malawian organization who operates Community Development Centers to minister to the physical and spiritual needs of orphan children in the remotest villages in Africa. These six Community Centers feed and provide services for over 6,000 orphan children daily.
Malawi Visions is a hands-on development team who partner with the people of Malawi. Studies have shown that long-term growth and sustainability only occur when humanitarian programs engage with and operate under local peoples. Malawi Vision’s projects include:

- Installing solar lighting systems at the six Ministry of Hope Centers, where there was previously no electricity to enable evening activities
- Development of six free-standing libraries equipped with 45,000+ donated and shipped book and media donations
- Expansion of libraries into four room After School Enrichment and Teen Life Internship Programs utilizing concepts adapted from those of New City Kids.
- Installing solar powered irrigation systems for community vegetable gardens
- Refurbishing treadle sewing machines; fabricating battery boxes for villagers to “carry electricity home”; collecting and restoring Bibles; creating handmade skirts and shorts
